Role:
You are a gamer at heart. You’re comfortable delving into art and code. You understand the importance of being able to translate from art to tech and back again, so our teams can leverage the toolsets/workflows to work in collaboration to get the iconic art from this legendary franchise into the game.
Responsibilities:
● Research, define, improve, and maintain artist pipelines, tools and workflows
● Liaise effectively both internally and with our client to drive collaboration on the project
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues; invent or build robust, quality technical implementations
● Participate in art asset reviews to help identify technical concerns or risks
● Partner with leads and directors to meet visual and technical standards
● Understand, communicate and prioritize the needs of our clients
Requirements:
● 7+ years of professional experience in computer-generated art
● Familiarity with video game product development including workflows, tools, lighting, high and low poly modeling, texture painting, particle systems, UV layout, in-game animation, material and PBR principles, layout, SFX and engine parameters/optimizations
● Proficient scripting/programming experience with Python, PyQT/PySide
● Experience with HLSL, GLSL or similar shader languages
● Expert ability in 3D modelling DCCs such as Maya or equivalent
● Strong understanding of algorithm design and their inherent complexity
● Ability to write clean, maintainable and extensible code with attention to reusability
● Excellent spoken and written communication
● Ability to effectively manage relationships with external clients
Preferred Experience:
● Industry experience working on or shipping AAA titles
● Knowledge or experience in procedural asset creation like Houdini, Substance
● Experience building modern AI / ML based systems and tools
● Programming experience with C++

Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical integration of the game with fundamental systems like telemetry, store integrations, and console-specific requirements, whilst ensuring the systems are robust, performant, and seamlessly integrated. You know how to bridge the gap between our core engine capabilities and platform-specific implementations.
Responsibilities:
Your work will focus on the integration and optimization of our CoreSDK and NetworkSDK across various environments. Key areas of ownership include:
1. Platform & SDK Integration
● Core Services: Implement and maintain Sentry (error tracking) and Telemetry integrations via CoreSDK to ensure we have high-fidelity data on game health and player behavior
● Store & Economy: Manage 1st Party Store Integrations and Entitlement Checks. You’ll ensure that when a player buys DLC or currency, the game recognizes it instantly and securely
● Console Lifecycle: Implementation of Suspend/Resume logic and Console Error Handling/UI, ensuring the game meets platform "Cert" (Certification) requirements
2. Backend & Data Systems
● User Experience: Architect and maintain Per Profile User Settings, ensuring player preferences transition smoothly between sessions and devices
● Intelligent Delivery: Develop and optimize Play While Downloading systems and Intelligent Delivery (chunking assets) to get players into the action as fast as possible
3. Engineering Excellence
● Certification: Navigate the complexities of console-specific requirements and squash bugs related to platform-specific edge cases
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the other teams to provide feedback on internal tools as well as ensuring platform errors are communicated clearly to players
Requirements:
● Experience: 10+ years of professional game development experience, with at least one shipped title on Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5
● 5+ years experience working in Unreal Engine
● Languages: .Expert-level knowledge of C++ and memory management in a multi-threaded console environment
● SDK/API Literacy: Proven experience integrating 3rd party and proprietary SDKs (e.g., Sentry, PlayFab, Steamworks, or GDK/SDK)
● Networking Experience: Experience with various networking patterns and protocols
● Ability to write clean, maintainable and extensible code with attention to reusability
● Excellent spoken and written communication
● Ability to effectively manage relationships with external clients

Role:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Networking and Social Systems to lead the development of our player-to-player ecosystem. In this role, you will be enabling players to find each other, communicate, and stay connected across platforms. You will work extensively with our CoreSDK to integrate complex social systems and ensure our title meets the rigorous certification requirements of modern consoles.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of asynchronous online services and the nuance of platform-specific requirements while maintaining a seamless, cross-play experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Multiplayer & Matchmaking
● Design and maintain robust matchmaking flows to ensure low-latency, fair, and fast player pairing.
● Implement and optimize the logic for connecting players, managing game sessions, and handling "Join-in-Progress" scenarios.
● Ensure stable Crossplay functionality, including the enforcement of platform-specific restrictions and communication toggles.
2. Social & Communication Systems
● CoreSDK Integration: Build and maintain deep integrations for Friends Lists, Blocked Users, and Player Presence.
● Communication: Implement real-time Voice and Text chat systems, ensuring they respect parental controls and platform privacy settings.
● Parties & Presence: Architect "Player Parties" logic, allowing users to group up, travel between sessions together, and see real-time "Rich Presence" updates.
3. Platform & Console Integration
● Console UI/UX: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement Console Specific UI Adjustments and "Player Profile Entry Points" that feel native to each platform.
● Meta-Systems: Own the implementation of Achievements/Trophies, ensuring they sync correctly with platform backends.
● Compliance: Manage Console EULA/TOS Integration and ensure the game meets all Certification Requirements to avoid launch delays.
4. Engineering Excellence
● Diagnose and resolve complex networking bugs, race conditions, and synchronization issues.
● Work closely with QA to triage and fix platform-specific certification bugs.
Requirements:
● Experience: 8+ years of professional game development experience, with at least one shipped title on Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5
● 5+ years experience working in Unreal Engine
